We were approached to provide a proposal for the regeneration of 52-73 Wilton Road.
Over the existing use the proposals provide an uplift of 9000 sqm. We responded with high quality architecture looking to respect and enhance the unique character of Pimlico.
Looking to provide an enhanced local centre we designed a vibrant mix of uses including new residential units and high quality, flexible office space.
At ground retail, restaurants and cafes were added, designed specifically to accommodate smaller independant operators.
We worked closely with CBDSP to ensure a reduced CO2 footprint and construction time using the latest hybrid construction systems.
