Our brief was to improve the existing site use to provide an office building that would sit within the future vision for Wimbledon and the emerging masterplan.

The existing site is currently occupied by an office building over basement, ground and three floors, with a small plant area on the roof .

Our proposal was to demolish the existing building and replace with a ground plus nine storey building, plus extension to the existing basement (creating two basement levels).

This provides B1 office space (with terraces to upper levels) plus ancillary leisure and café facilities alongside provision of landscaping improvement works and a vehicle servicing bay.

This has provided the client with an overall area uplift of 6000sqm.
