White Oak House is a private residence at the north end of Highclere Park.

We were appointed to design and gain planning for a substantial expansion to the existing 18th-century property to provide:

1) A new gym and internal pool as an extension to the main house.

2) A family room to the central section of the house.

3) A pool house adjacent to the existing external pool to accommodate, changing and cooking facilities.

The total additional area approved expanded the existing property by a further 700 sqm.
