This is the refurbishment and extension of an 18th Century Grade II-listed property to provide artist studios with amenities and gallery/exhibition space. All are located within a Soho conservation area.

An existing 3-storey Georgian façade has been retained on Greek Street, with 2 levels added to bring the building up to its neighbours’ height.

To the rear, there are views over ‘Paraiso’ – a stainless steel bust set against a living green wall in the courtyard below.

Bespoke ‘Wedgwood blue’ tiles made from moulds 3D printed in our studio, define the rear ground floor elevation.
