We were asked to explore opportunities for a prominent site in central Cambridge.

The site forms the final piece to local Station Road and Botanic Garden masterplans. In addition, the site completes the landmark/gateway character of the Station Road / Hills Road junction

The resulting design considered the following opportunities:


  1. Optimise the long-term site opportunity

  2. Consider as part of a new 'Botanic' Masterplan

  3. Consider Retrofit/Retention opportunity

  4. Achieve minimum BREEAM Outstanding


Can this building sequester more carbon than it produces?

The scheme provided new grade-A office space and extensively planted terraces and roof gardens.
