Pinnacle House is a commercial
project in Wimbledon for Aviva Investors where we were able to double the
original floor area.
This was unexpected — the project started as an enquiry for us to organise the repainting of a floor — but our observation that reconfiguring the building could double the net area completely reset the brief.
Ultimately, what was bought as a building of 2,500sqm let at £285/m, ended up being sold on as a building of 5000sqm let at £585/m, for 15 years, to online games firm ‘Kindred’.
